His actions are part of a campaign launched by the Ministry of Health from August 6 to September 30 with the aim of spreading the message of “Niem tin chien thang”, or “faith in victory” in English, in an effort to encourage all Vietnamese people to strengthen solidarity in the battle against COVID-19.
